Tori Horowitz of Canyonhaus

Tori Horowitz, Founder, Estate Director

Tori has a great love of travel, art, design and architecture. Having grown up in Los Angeles and being a Realtor for over a decade, she has established herself as an expert in the city of Los Angeles, working in and around the canyons and neighborhoods that make up the Hollywood Hills, Sunset Strip, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Atwater, and beyond. She brings a keen aesthetic eye, a love of people and a passion for ‘making home’ to everything she does. A ‘scrappy’ negotiator, Tori is fearless in her job and will protect her clients and their interests without compromise. She lives in a treehouse in Laurel Canyon with her husband, an architect, her two sons and two naughty terrier rescues.

Deborah Barron, Sales Director

Deborah began her real estate career in the Northern California wine country where she honed her skills as a top producing agent and skilled negotiator. With a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and a warm, caring manner, Deborah built a business of referrals and repeat business.

Her first year in the business, Deborah earned the “Rookie of the Year” award for highest number of closed sales. In the years to follow, her consistent and notable performance earned her the President’s Club award for top sales volume.

In her first 15 years as an agent and manager of two successful real estate offices, Deborah represented and oversaw hundreds of transactions. Her extensive knowledge of contract law, the intricacies of complex transactions, and her successful track record of negotiating with creativity and resourcefulness have made her a trusted and highly sought after advisor to her clients.

Hayley Smith, Buyer SPECIALIST

Hayley is thrilled to bring nearly a decade of marketing and communications experience to the Canyonhaus team. Over the course of her career, she has represented several of the largest brands and companies in the United States, including Oprah Winfrey, Sony Pictures, the ASPCA, and for one very hectic year, the boy-band One Direction.

Hayley was born and raised in the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami, Florida. She received her bachelor’s degree in English from NYU and is a skilled strategist and communicator. Active in her community, Hayley belongs to the Los Feliz Neighborhood Council and can often be found hiking in the hills of Griffith Park.

With a passion for the city of Los Angeles and all that it has to offer, Hayley loves nothing more than to help others “find their place in the world.” She lives in Los Feliz with her husband, Adam, and their rescue pit bull, Montana.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Genevieve received her Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from James Madison University. After several years working as a writer and editor in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, she started California dreaming and took a leap of faith when an acquaintance offered her a job on the Best Coast.

Genevieve has always had an appreciation for the aesthetics of architecture and interior design, and finds great satisfaction in the customer experience in sales. With nearly a decade of communication and sales experience under her belt, she is a results-oriented creative thinker and is excited to bring her client service skills to the Canyonhaus team.

With an environmental scientist for a father and an artist for a mother, Genevieve naturally comes by her passion of combining elements of the natural world with aesthetic, design and everyday functionality. She is eager to use her experience in sales and her eye for design to help clients “find their place in the world.”

In her free time you can find Genevieve soaking up some sun at the beach, riding her horse Picasso, or rummaging through flea markets for the perfect vintage gem. She currently resides in Hollywood with her rescue pit bull, Marshmallow.
